1/4 C Milk
2 teas Cinnamon
Mix ingredients in a microwave-safe coffee cup.
Microwave for 2 minutes uncovered.
Enjoy straight out of the mug!
– Pour a splash of milk on warm cake while still in mug
– Add a teaspoon of flax or chia seed to ingredients
