Cherries + pork = delicious.  This flavorful recipe melds the two in a taste tempting combination.

Ingredients

Two bottles Twiggs’ Swig

Glaze:

Pork Tenderloin

Directions

Marinate pork loin in Twiggs’ Swig 18 to 24 hours.

Prepare glaze by mixing all ingredients in a small bowl.

Take tenderloin out of the marinade and blot dry with paper towel.  Put on baking rack on a sheet tray to catch liquids.  Baste loin in glaze.  Bake at 350° for 40 minutes (basting every 10 minutes) or until internal temperature reaches 145°.

Remove from pan, slice and serve.
