Our shredded cherry salsa chicken recipe will be appreciated on busy weekends, game days, or that cold winter evening.  Quick and easy to prepare, delicious to eat!

Ingredients

3 boneless chicken breasts

1 C full fat coconut milk

1 jar Benjamin Twiggs Cherry Salsa or Benjamin Twiggs Cherry Garden Salsa

1/2 C chicken broth

Salt and pepper if needed

 

 

Directions

Put all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low for 2 hours.

Remove chicken, shred and return to crock pot.

Cook on low 3-4 more hours.

Serve on romaine lettuce leaves.
