2/3 cup All Purpose Flour

1/3 cup Whole Wheat Flour

1 tsp Baking Powder

½ tsp Salt

1 ¼ cups Packed Brown Sugar

¼ Cup Canola Oil

2 tbsp Milk

2 Large Eggs

1 ½ cups Benjamin Twiggs Cherry Maple Granola

¾ cup Benjamin Twiggs Dried Cherries (cut in half)

1/3 cup Chopped Pecans

½ cup Flaked Sweetened Coconut

2 tsp Flour (to dust pan)


Preheat Oven to 375 degrees. Coat a 13×9 metal pan with cooking spray; dust with 2 tsp flour.

Combine the flours, baking powder and salt in a small bowl.  Set aside.

Combine brown sugar, canola oil, milk and eggs in a large bowl.  Beat with a mixer at high speed until smooth.  Add flour mixture, beating at low speed until blended.  Fold in granola, fruit and nuts.  Spoon into prepared pan.  Sprinkle with coconut.

Bake 25-35 minutes or until golden brown and done in center.  Cool completely in pan on wire rack.  Cut into bars.
