1/2 C soft butter

1/2 C brown sugar, packed

1 C flour

1 jar Michigan Cherry Jam

2 eggs, beaten


1 C brown sugar, packed

2 T flour

1 t baking powder

1/2 t salt

1/2 t vanilla

1 C sweetened coconut

1 C chopped (This is) Just Nuts!


Combine butter, 1/2 C brown sugar and 1 C flour.  Pat into bottom of an ungreased 9×13 pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.  Remove from oven and carefully spread with entire jar of Michigan Cherry Jam


Combine eggs, 1 C brown sugar, 2 T flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla; beat well.  Stir in coconut and chopped (This is) Just Nuts!.  Spread over the jam layer.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

When cool, cut into squares or bars to serve.
