1/2 C Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 C Balsamic Vinegar
1/8 t Salt
1/4 t Pepper
Combine ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until blended. Pour desired amount on your salad or serve on the side. Refrigerate unused dressing.
An excellent dressing for the Vitamin Packed Green Salad with Dried Cherries. Also makes a lovely marinade for chicken, pork or salmon.
