1/2 C Brussel Sprouts, raw, sliced
1/2 C Spinach, raw, chopped
1/3 C Mushrooms, raw, chopped
1/3 C Kale, raw, chopped
1/4 C Feta crumbled
1/4 C Unsweetened Dried Cherries (or Michigan Dried Cherries)


Toss all ingredients in bowl.

Add 1/4 C No Sugar Added Cherry Balsamic Dressing. Toss well.

Serves 2.

An excellent source of Vitamins A, C, B-12, and Iron and Magnesium.
Add sliced grilled chicken or salmon to make it a meal.
