3/4 cup Benjamin Twiggs Michigan Fruit Medley

1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 1/2 cups water

1 cup uncooked steel cut oats

2 T brown sugar

1/2 t almond extract

1 T ground flax seed

1/4 c chia seeds

1/4 t salt



Coat the inside of slow cooker with cooking spray.  Add all ingredients to slow cooker.  Stir, cover and cook on low for 7 hours.

Spoon into bowls.  Top with maple syrup or almond milk if desired.

Store leftovers in refrigerator.  Freezes well.
