Empty Nest

You filled a shopping cart to the brim with clothes, bedding, toiletries, towels, school supplies, a TV, and possibly a chair or two.  You drove 4 hours with a car packed full of said clothes, bedding, toiletries, towels, school supplies, TV, and possibly a chair or two.  You spent all day hauling boxes up steps, assembling TVs, making beds and meeting new roommates.

You exchanged hugs and tears, then drove another 4 hours home.  You sit on your couch and feel a void in your home, and more importantly,  your purpose and your life.

You can’t stop thinking about your college student.  You want to call, but you promised you wouldn’t.

So here’s what you do.  Hop onto the Benjamin Twiggs website.   Choose a care package.  (We have the perfect one for college kids.. the College Snack Attack!) Write a brief note about how you miss them.  Have it shipped.

Smile to yourself that you know that they miss you just as much (maybe even more!) and wait for the thank you call.
