2 cups of finely cut up cooked chicken

¼ cup of mayonnaise or more to taste

¼ cup of finely chopped celery

Salt and pepper to taste

2 Tablespoons to ¼ cup of sliced almonds

¼ cup of Benjamin Twiggs Michigan Dried Cherries


Mix all ingredients together

Top an individual plate of salad mix with ½ cup of chicken mixture

Drizzle with Benjamin Twiggs Cherry Poppyseed Vinaigrette
