1 c chopped walnuts
3 T butter
¼ c sugar
1 tsp pepper
¼ tsp salt
12 c salad greens
¾ c Benjamin Twiggs Michigan Dried Tart Cherries
4 oz. feta or blue cheese


Toast walnuts in skillet with butter for 5 minutes.  Stir in sugar, pepper and salt.  Set aside.

Place greens in a large bowl.  Top with walnuts, dried cherries and cheese.  Toss with Festive Salad Dressing.
