1 package of 6 Dessert shells (Individual sponge cakes)

1 Box (3 oz.) of Jell-o instant vanilla pudding

1 container of Cool Whip

1 Jar (10 oz.) Benjamin Twiggs Cherry Festival Preserves


Use 6  (8 oz). Ramekins or other clear small dessert bowls

Place one dessert shell at the bottom of each ramekin.

Top with a layer of Vanilla pudding

Add a layer of Cherry Festival Preserves

Top with a layer of Cool Whip

Add a cherry on top and mint prig for garnish (optional)
